Customer Service Representative sought for Hemfint Group in Kristianstad

Hemfint Group, comprising the successful e-commerce companies Hemfint and Outl1, is now looking for an engaged Customer Service Representative to join our team. As part of BHG Group, a leading player in home furnishings and furniture, we offer an exciting work environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will play a central role in our operations. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing customers with detailed information about our products, and handling orders and complaints with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks and case management, which requires precision and efficiency.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Your service-oriented attitude and genuine desire to help customers are crucial for this role. We value your ability to handle different types of cases and solve problems creatively. Flexibility and the ability to work at a fast pace are important qualities, as is good computer literacy.

This is a seasonal employment from as soon as possible until August 31st. The salary for this position is 23,000 SEK per month.
