RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a colleague who wants to continue developing the quality work within investigation/reception, Children and Young People in Knivsta. We work actively to meet the child/young person and their family from a cohesive social services perspective. Laughing at work is important to us, and together we work to maintain a good working environment. The unit consists of a unit manager, a team leader, and nine social secretaries.

You will, in close collaboration with the unit manager, be responsible for the development of working methods and approaches within the operations. The assignment includes ensuring that routines are established, implemented, and followed, as well as adapting the operational system based on the current needs of the operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that investigations and assessments maintain good quality and legal security. The role also involves providing support and supervision to employees in individual cases, introducing and guiding new employees, and contributing to competence development within the work group. Furthermore, it includes initiating, participating in, and driving collaboration both internally and externally to create good conditions for high-quality work regarding children and young people. You will also handle and be responsible for more complex and qualified cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are educated as a social worker with good knowledge of current legislation. It is a requirement that you have at least 3 years of continuous documented experience working as a social secretary within children and young people. You work independently and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Furthermore, you are a secure and supportive colleague who contributes to others developing in their roles, while also having the ability to delegate tasks and handle problems that arise in a solution-focused manner. You also have good collaboration skills and are happy to share knowledge and experiences with the team. We would appreciate it if you had a driver's license. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Salary: Monthly salary.
