Do you want to help educate the safety engineers of the future?

We are currently looking for an experienced educator to plan and deliver the course Sales, Communication and Service as part of a university college program for Safety Engineers in Södertälje.

This assignment is suitable for you if you have extensive experience in sales, customer relations, communication, and service, and enjoy educating adult students in a work-oriented environment.

Provide students with knowledge and skills in customer-oriented sales, professional communication, and service. The focus is on developing participants' ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, build trust-based relationships, and conduct successful customer meetings.

The course covers among other things:

• Upselling and customer-oriented sales
• Negotiation techniques
• Oral and written communication
• Communication tools and aids
• Service concepts and customer interaction
• Attitudes and values in service situations
• Relationship building and professional customer meetings
• IT support in sales and service

After completing the course, students should be able to analyze customer needs, present solutions, communicate professionally, and conduct successful meetings and business dialogues.

• Course period: Autumn 2026
• Extent: 54 teacher-led hours
• Location: Södertälje

The assignment also includes:

• Course planning and development of course materials
• Development of examination tasks
• Conducting examinations
• Grading and assessment
• Collaboration with educational management before and after the course delivery

• Have relevant education and/or documented professional experience in sales, communication, service, or related fields
• Have experience in educating adult participants
• Are pedagogical, engaging, and structured
• Have a good ability to translate theory into practical and realistic examples
• Enjoy meeting people with different experiences and backgrounds

Experience of teaching at a university college or other post-secondary education is an advantage.
