In the role of HR Partner – Recruitment, you work nationally to plan, coordinate, and drive our recruitment activities at the locations where we operate – primarily Umeå, Enköping, Norrköping, Halmstad, and Stockholm. The main focus is on attracting and recruiting colleagues for our warehouses, in close collaboration with local HR partners and managers during intensive recruitment periods.

You work with the entire chain to attract, recruit, and retain employees. The role has a strong focus on volume recruitment for unionized staff, as well as recruitment for other roles within the company. You work closely with the operations and ensure that the recruitment processes maintain high speed, good structure, and quality throughout the entire process.

In collaboration with the organization, you plan recruitment activities and advertising/campaigns, and maintain ongoing contact with local HR partners, managers, communicators, partners, and suppliers. You train managers and provide information regarding our recruitment process, statistics, and outcomes. The role requires independence and a good ability to coordinate several parallel processes. Your responsibilities also include contributing to the improvement of our recruitment processes together with HR colleagues and managers in the organization. Other HR-related tasks may occur as time permits.

You have a clear passion for recruitment and candidate attraction, and thrive in a role where coordination, structure, and efficiency are central parts of the work. You are a skilled administrator who works efficiently and meticulously, and you handle many parallel activities with ease. Your communication skills are strong, both written and verbal, and you build trusting relationships through good collaboration and professional conduct. To succeed in the role, we believe you:

  • have a university/college education in HR
  • have work experience in recruitment
  • are accustomed to independently driving recruitment processes including selection with testing tools
  • have experience working with competency-based interviews and assessments
  • are accustomed to working in recruitment systems

Your workplace

You report to the HR Manager for Martin & Servera Logistics and become part of an engaged HR team consisting of ten HR partners, located both at our warehouses and at the head office. Here you have the opportunity to work closely with operations and collaborate with colleagues across the country. The position is primarily based at our warehouse in Umeå, but you have an important national role where you support all warehouse locations and terminals in their recruitment. Travel within the country occurs regularly, making a B-driver's license an advantage.

Within HR in the Martin & Servera Group, we are approximately 40 colleagues, and in the Logistics organization, we are a total of around 2000 employees – together we work to deliver care in every part of our business.
