Hököpinge School started its operations in August 2019. That is when the first students, the cohort of children born in 2013, began. The school has since filled up from the bottom and grown with one cohort each year. This school year, the school consists of students from preschool class to grade 6. The school year 2028/2029 is planned for the school to be fully expanded as a preschool to grade 9 school with space for 550 students.

Our school was completed in August 2023 when we moved into completely new, untouched premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help create a school where every student feels seen, heard, and inspired? We are looking for an engaged teacher who wants to help develop our pedagogical operations and contribute to the building of our future upper secondary level (grades 7-9). Together with us, you will build a school where relationships are the foundation for learning and development.

The position covers approximately 50% and involves teaching our students in grades 4-7 in Mathematics and Natural Sciences during the upcoming school year. There is an opportunity to expand the position in the future, as our school grows and our upper secondary level is expanded with an additional grade each year.

Together with your colleagues, you will stimulate student development by creating a meaningful and secure school day. You see opportunities in every student and actively work to build strong relationships with both students and guardians, which is crucial for a successful school career.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified primary school teacher with eligibility to teach Mathematics and Natural Sciences in grades 4-9. As a pedagogue, you are responsible, engaged, and have a relational approach where the student is always at the center.

You meet every student with respect and see the individual's needs and prerequisites. You have a good understanding of the school's governing documents and can implement them in practice in a way that creates meaningful learning. With a solution-focused attitude and an analytical approach, you work systematically to achieve high results.
