About the position

As an assistant nurse with us, you will have an important and varied role in the daily work at the health center. Your tasks may include blood sampling, assisting with examinations and treatments, patient care, wound dressing changes, as well as administrative tasks and reception duties.

You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals, where good collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. The role involves varied tasks where you need to be able to prioritize and adapt to the needs of the operation.

About you

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and feel confident in your professional role. You have a very good attitude towards patients, are service-oriented, and have a genuine desire to create security for patients and relatives in every interaction.

It is important to us that you enjoy developing and adapting to new ways of working and routines. We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work structured even when the pace is sometimes high.

You find it easy to collaborate with others, contribute to a positive work environment, and have an egalitarian approach towards both colleagues and patients. At the same time, you are self-reliant, take responsibility for your tasks, and dare to take initiative.

Experience from work in primary care, reception activities, blood sampling, medical record systems, or reception work is meritorious, but great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
