Welcome to a pleasant and exciting workplace in the heart of Skåne. We are located in central Höör, easily accessible by public transport, with only about ten minutes' walk from the station. The health center has approximately 9,700 registered patients.

You will join an inclusive workplace where all staff collaborate across boundaries and support each other. Here you will have varied tasks and the opportunity to influence your work. In addition to standard consultations, we offer light emergency care and home nursing. Besides our doctor's clinic, we have clinics with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses, as well as specialist clinics for diabetes, elderly care, and asthma/COPD. Our laboratory assistants work with sample collection and have their own clinic. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator who supports doctors in sick leave cases. We follow the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommendation of 1,100 inhabitants per doctor.

Job Responsibilities

As a doctor, you will work with both scheduled and emergency consultations and be responsible for your own patient list. You will also have administrative tasks, with administrative time balanced against consultation time and working hours. At our clinic, you are offered the opportunity to take on specific areas of responsibility and individual solutions regarding, for example, scheduling. We are open to development and therefore offer excellent opportunities for professional development.

There is an opportunity to take responsibility for a specific medical area, such as dementia or hypertension, in addition to regular duties. This involves deepening your knowledge in the area, participating in further education, and collaborating with other specialists in the field.

Qualifications

We welcome you if you are a licensed physician with permission to work in Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general practice. Additionally, Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 on the Council of Europe scale are required.
