RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you our new employee in the Näsum home care service? We are looking for you who desire meaningful and varied work with the opportunity to make a difference!

You will greet, communicate, and collaborate with citizens and their relatives to increase participation and security. You will collaborate with colleagues and other professional categories to provide person-centered care and support.

You will work with all common tasks within care and support, based on a salutogenic approach. We have driving rounds where you drive primarily on your own, and sometimes together with a colleague. Näsum Home Care has a close collaboration with the short-term care facility Öllerbacka, and work may take place there as well as at other units when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) with a genuine interest in working with older people. You are proactive, responsive to our citizens, responsible, and have the individual's needs at the center.

You are flexible, stress-resistant, solution-focused, and have an easy time collaborating. You should contribute to a positive work climate and have a good attitude towards colleagues and other professions. Within the position, you are expected to be able to receive delegations according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

The work requires that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is important that you are computer literate and not unfamiliar with new technology. A Class B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We are keen on finding the right person and place great emphasis on personal suitability.
