You will join an inclusive workplace where all staff collaborate across boundaries and support each other. Here you will have varied tasks and the opportunity to influence your work. In addition to standard consultations, we offer minor emergency care and home nursing. Besides our doctor's clinic, we have clinics with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses, as well as specialist clinics for diabetes, elderly care, and asthma/COPD. Our assistant nurses at the laboratory work with sample collection and have their own clinic. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator who supports doctors in sick leave cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a District Nurse, you will work with your own clinic in collaboration with a colleague. You will also handle typical health center tasks such as triage and telephone advice.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you are a registered nurse with further education as a District Nurse and have the authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. For this position, proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 on the Council of Europe scale is required. Furthermore, previous experience in primary care work is considered an advantage.

We expect you, like us, to have a genuine interest in people, good interpersonal skills, and to work with the patient in focus. It is important that you have a good ability to build trust with both patients and relatives, while being clear in your communication. You also actively contribute to a good social work environment with an open and joyful work climate. Additionally, you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in teams across professional boundaries, while also being able to work independently and feeling secure in your professional role.
