Job Description

We are looking for an engaged nurse or district nurse with a focus on elderly care who wants to help develop our operations. Together with your colleagues, you will work to strengthen collaboration with the municipality and the hospital to ensure the best possible care for our elderly patients.

The work at our health centre is varied and stimulating, where no day is like the other. As a nurse, you will work together with your colleagues on triage, telephone advice, and reception activities. We have a strong focus on patient safety and prioritize a good working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to work in Swedish healthcare, preferably with further education as a district nurse. Proficiency in Swedish, at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, is a requirement. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have previous experience working at a health centre, preferably in primary care, as well as experience working in elderly care.

At our centre, we use IT support to streamline care and free up time for personal meetings with patients. Therefore, experience working in various business systems is meritorious.

As a person, you thrive on variety in work and always put the patients first. You have the ability to adapt quickly when the situation requires it, as the workload can vary. It is also important that you can work independently while valuing good collaboration with colleagues at the health centre. We would appreciate it if you have a strong interest in health promotion work. Personal suitability is a decisive factor for us.
