At Aiab Energy, you will take on a central and operationally close role in a company where technology, quality, and responsibility go hand in hand. We are now looking for a Technical Preparation Engineer with experience in Monitor ERP who wants to contribute to efficient production processes and solutions that are crucial for society's power supply.

In this role, you are the natural link between design and production, working with technical preparation, material control, and resource planning to ensure high quality, good delivery precision, and a stable production flow.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Preparation Engineer, you have overall responsibility for preparation and production preparations throughout the entire manufacturing process – from design documentation to the finished assembled product.

You are responsible for creating, structuring, and maintaining articles, bills of materials, routines, and work instructions in Monitor ERP. An important part of the job is to produce clear and pedagogical assembly and work instructions for operators in production, showing which components are to be assembled, in what order, with which tools, and what consumables are required.

Furthermore, you plan and optimize material flows, resources, and production setups to ensure an efficient and robust production flow. By analyzing process and production data, you identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the development of working methods, quality, and delivery precision.

The role also includes reviewing design drawings and technical documentation to verify manufacturability and ensure that all design and quality requirements are met. The work is carried out in close collaboration with design, production, purchasing, and project organization, where clear communication and good coordination are crucial for a successful result.

You also participate in the implementation, further development, and upgrades of Monitor ERP modules, where you contribute with an operationally close perspective and ensure that the system support meets the organization's and production's needs.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in the role of Technical Preparation Engineer, we are looking for you who combine solid technical competence with a structured and pragmatic approach. You have a relevant university or vocational higher education degree, for example in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial economics, or equivalent, as well as experience in technical preparation in manufacturing operations.

You are accustomed to working in business systems and ERP environments, primarily Monitor ERP, and have a good understanding of production processes, material control, and how technical decisions affect flows, quality, and efficiency.

As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement even in complex issues. You work carefully and methodically, while maintaining a holistic perspective and understanding the connections between technology, production, and business.

You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions within the organization. You can convey technical information in a clear and constructive manner and see collaboration as a prerequisite for efficient work.

The position is subject to requirements according to security protection legislation. Therefore, the employment is conditional on you undergoing and passing a security clearance in accordance with current regulations. For this security-classified position, Swedish citizenship is required, in accordance with legislation and the placement of the current position. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
