Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter.

What You Will Work On

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical specialist and engineering roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment needs and hiring strategies.
• Source and attract top technical talent through proactive search and pipeline development.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science domains.
• Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and recruitment coordination activities.
• Ensure structured, fair, and high-quality recruitment and selection processes.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams across international environments.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously within a fast-moving organization.
• Contribute to long-term talent acquisition and workforce planning activities.

What You Bring

• Experience working as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting within complex technology domains such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Ability to independently manage full end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development capabilities.
• Consultative and collaborative working approach.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing and international environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn technical domains.
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
