About the role

As a Product Owner, you bridge the gap between business needs and IT delivery for products within housing and personal lines. You work in close collaboration with an IT Manager to ensure that solutions maintain the highest quality and meet business goals. The assignment starts in August and runs until the end of February 2027.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for driving the strategic and operational development of insurance products in an agile environment.

  • Define and communicate the product vision and goals to ensure customer value.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and operational goals.
  • Maintain and develop the product roadmap for both short and long term.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to refine requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and internal changes that affect the product area.
  • Participate in and approve acceptance tests to ensure delivery quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings for efficient and value-creating delivery.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience or knowledge within agile product development.
  • Has experience with backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
  • Has good ability to handle stakeholders and requirement owners.
  • Fluent in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from the insurance industry.
  • Experience facilitating workshops.
