Why this job is for you You will work in cross-functional teams developing web applications with a strong focus on frontend technologies. Our tech stack includes React, Node.js, Java/.NET, as well as cloud services like AWS and Azure. As a Fullstack Developer, you will work across the entire technology stack – from backend to frontend – contributing to creating scalable solutions with high quality and a strong user experience.

As a consultant here, you will work on varied assignments, ranging from rapid prototyping to long-term product development in complex system environments. You will also have the opportunity to influence both your own role and how we develop our working methods and technical solutions.

You will become part of our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – developing physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

You will primarily work with large corporate customers within the automotive, defense, and finance industries. We are also engaged in projects within medtech as well as with small and medium-sized enterprises.

Responsibilities

Here you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with modern technologies and develop alongside experienced developers and designers

• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions and help shape our technical platforms

• Develop fullstack solutions with a special focus on modern, user-friendly, and accessible frontend experiences

• Drive the development of frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue, and contribute to backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.

• Create user-centric digital products in close collaboration with designers and product owners

• Deliver solutions that provide both customer benefit and business value

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions within AWS or Azure

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a curious and solution-oriented developer who enjoys taking responsibility and driving work forward. You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy collaborating with others to create solutions that make a real difference for users and customers. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have:

• A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a fullstack developer

• Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.

• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with CI/CD, test-driven development, and version control using Git

• Experience working within large organizations, preferably in industry, banking/finance, or in teams developing digital products or services – such as SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or large-scale internal digital tools

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams together with UX/UI designers and product owners – and the ability to translate design specifications into well-functioning, accessible interfaces.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar agent-based coding tools.

• Experience building products or services with built-in AI functionality, e.g., LLM integration, chat interfaces, RAG pipelines, or agent-based workflows.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Our office is located in Solna, but we apply flexible working conditions with a hybrid model. Business travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed upon.
