Enehagen School is a pleasant and well-functioning two-stream primary school (grades F-6) centrally located in Värnamo. Our central location means we are close to both Apladalen, as well as the ice rink and swimming hall, which provides good opportunities for varied work and creating an active and inspiring school day for our students. Approximately 370 students attend the school, and together we are 45 educators.

At the heart of the school is our modern school library, staffed by a qualified school librarian. The library is a natural part of the teaching and an important resource for students' language, reading, and knowledge development.

We have a stable and engaged staff group characterized by collaboration, professionalism, and care. Responsibilities

As a teacher for the middle school grades (grades 4-6), you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum and the students' needs. You work systematically to create a safe, stimulating, and learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop as far as possible.

The assignment includes:

• Planning and leading teaching with a starting point in regulatory documents, the school's operational plan, and the students' individual prerequisites.
• Monitoring and assessing students' knowledge development, documenting progression, and communicating results to students and guardians.
• Actively working with security, study environment, and relationship building, as well as contributing to an inclusive classroom climate.
• Participating in the work team's collaboration, where you jointly are responsible for planning, development, and follow-up of teaching and student health work.
• Contributing to the school's joint activities, traditions, and values-based work, where we at Enehagen place great emphasis on creating community and participation.
• Collaborating with the school librarian, student health services, and other staff to strengthen teaching and give students the best possible prerequisites.

As a middle school teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to develop both teaching and operations in a school with clear structures, a stable staff group, and good goal fulfillment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified primary school teacher for grades 4-6. Teacher certification is a requirement for a permanent position.

It is meritorious if you have experience working as a teacher in the middle school grades.

Conditions
