Do you want to work in a broad and varied role within accounts payable (AP) in a company with many units and a fast pace? We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a growing company where you can combine classic AP work with projects, improvement initiatives, and many contact areas within the business.
Here you will work close to the operations, have an important role in the finance team, and become part of a company with a strong team spirit and a dynamic daily life. This is a temporary position via Delta Consulting until the turn of the year 2027/2028, with the possibility of extension or a potential long-term solution.
📍 Location: Stockholm City
📅 Start: Beginning of September 2026

About the Role
In the role of Accounts Payable Assistant, you work in a broad and operationally close function with large volumes and many contact points. The role combines classic AP work with projects, improvement initiatives, and varied administrative tasks related to the business.
You work closely with the finance team, the restaurant operations, suppliers, and external parties. The pace is sometimes high, especially around month-end, and the role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment with variety in your daily work.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Management of accounts payable
- Handling of large invoice volumes
- Reminder and collection management
- Reconciliations
- Expense management
- Contact with suppliers via email and phone
- Management of multiple companies and different currencies
- Support during month-end closing
- Working in Business Central and Xflow
- Contribute to efficiency and process improvement
The role also includes varied tasks related to the business and insurance management. If interested, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various development projects.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and operational role where structure, attention to detail, and service are important parts of daily life. You appreciate variety, enjoy problem-solving, and are not afraid to contact people via phone or email.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in accounts payable or similar financial work
- Good system proficiency
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Advantageous:
- Experience with large transaction volumes
- Experience with Business Central and/or Xflow
- Experience from operations with many units
- Experience in improvement work or projects
- Experience with insurance matters
