About the Position

The preschool area of Reftele/Ås consists of three preschools – two in Reftele and one in Ås. Provided that the necessary decisions are made, we are looking for a preschool teacher for Ängslyckan preschool in Ås.

Here, each work team has joint planning during the day, when educators from other sections take over the work on the section. In addition, the educators have individual planning every week. We also have the privilege of having forests and meadows in the immediate vicinity, which provides good opportunities for learning in nature.

The temporary position may be extended.

You are flexible and consider the needs of the entire operation. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as documentation takes place on a digital platform. Knowledge about diabetes is an advantage.

About the Role

As a preschool teacher, you work together with the work team to:

• Develop education based on current governing documents.
• Catch children's questions, thoughts, and ideas and create projects that can be short-term or long-term.
• Adapt teaching, approach, and learning environment to stimulate children's learning and development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified preschool teacher.
• Have interest, curiosity, and commitment to children's development and the will to drive the operations forward.
• Work systematically and structuredly with adapting the pedagogical, physical, and social environment in relation to children's learning together with the work team.
• Have experience of teaching in preschool and work with pedagogical documentation, and use it to make visible and reflect on methods and learning processes.
• Know that you influence and make a difference for those you meet, children and adults, through your relational approach.
• See the joy in being curious about the world, discovering, and learning together with our future – the children.
• Have a value base built on the equal value of all.
• Contribute to joy, are open to dialogue, and are loyal to the task and decisions made.

Your collaboration is deeply linked to your ability to cooperate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. Here, this means that you have good cooperation with the manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in the rest of the municipal group. You treat everyone with a high level of service, kindness, and high quality through customer and service focus. You take responsibility for making yourself involved in operational issues and are solution-oriented.
