You have good knowledge of working with extra adjustments, special support, assessments, and action plans, and feel confident in pedagogical documentation and follow-up according to current governing documents. In the role, you collaborate closely with teachers, student health, guardians, and external actors, and you actively contribute to the school's development work through a consultative and solution-focused approach.
As a person, you are secure, structured, and flexible with good collaboration skills. You are relationship-building, communicative, and have a professional attitude towards students, colleagues, and guardians. You take initiative, work independently, and contribute to a positive work climate.
