ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for our client in Herrljunga. The position is a temporary hourly vacancy where you work as needed.

The working hours are:

• 17:00 to 17:00 the following day, with waiting time overnight

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 40s with autism and an intellectual disability. He is active and enjoys being out on long walks, regardless of the weather. As a personal assistant to our client, you will support him with practical daily tasks.

The duties may include, for example:

• Helping with daily routines such as household chores and grocery shopping.
• Assisting with personal hygiene and various activities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and, like our client, enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors. We would like you to be a calm and empathetic person. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Category B driver's license and access to a car to commute to work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Employment level: Temporary hourly vacancy

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
