About the Assignment We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketer for an exciting consulting assignment where you will support organizations across various industries in improving results within digital marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce.

In this role, you will lead workshops and consulting initiatives focused on growth, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and the improvement of campaigns and customer journeys. You will also provide advisory support in personalization, marketing analytics, data strategy, and content supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and advisory client dialogues.
• Drive initiatives within growth and performance marketing.
• Optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and conversion flows.
• Work with personalization and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Identify insights and opportunities for digital development.
• Collaborate with delivery, solution, and sales teams.
• Contribute to the development of clients' digital marketing and commerce strategies.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in advisory consulting within growth and performance marketing.
• Deep practical experience in data analysis and data strategy.
• 15–19 years of experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience in personalization and content supply chain within B2C marketing.
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
• Experience with workshops in customer experience and design thinking.
• Experience in persona definition, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in campaign performance, segmentation, planning, and workflows.
• Experience in A/B testing, analysis, and improvement of customer journeys.
• Ability to identify insights and support clients in digital transformation.
• Experience in improving marketing, customer experience, and commerce processes.
• Experience in content planning, asset management, scaling, tagging, and journey design.
• Experience in executing and analyzing digital activities.
