Field Worker/Youth Support Worker with Coordinating Role within SSPF – Individual and Family Care
Throughout the year, the entire island of Öland attracts more and more people. Unique environments, high quality of life, and proximity to both city and sea make Öland an attractive place to visit and live. Southern Öland is further characterized by a strong forward-looking spirit, engagement, and our fantastic World Heritage Site.
Mörbylånga Municipality is located on the southern part of Öland and consists of approximately 1,200 engaged and competent employees driven by the desire to make a difference in our society. This has resulted in the municipality being named both Super Municipality of the Year and Quality Municipality 2025.
Do you want to contribute to Öland continuing to be a fantastic place to live, work, and visit? Do you want to help create good upbringing and living conditions for children and young people in our municipality? Individual and Family Care is now seeking a Field Worker/Youth Support Worker who also has a coordinating role within SSPF (School, Social Services, Police, Leisure collaboration forum), and who wants to be part of this journey.
Individual and Family Care is a small unit with a large mission. Working with us means good conditions for collaboration and cooperation, both within the unit and with other actors. We have short and fast decision-making processes, which allows us to act quickly and flexibly when needs arise. Always with the starting point being what creates value for those we serve!
The work is based in Färjestad, which means good communication links, proximity to services, and a beautiful environment around the Kalmar Sound. Here, you have the opportunity to influence and contribute your ideas in an environment where engagement and cooperation are key.
