About Us

Villagatan is a group home for adults covered by the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) target group 1. The residence is located in a quiet villa area in Målilla, close to all public services. The building is modern, featuring five fully equipped apartments with an open-plan layout. The residence offers individually adapted support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling.

About the Position

We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily lives. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In the role, you will work with:

• Providing individual support, care, and service efforts
• Planning and conducting activities with the client
• Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment Terms

We are currently seeking an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekends.

We are also seeking employees for hourly positions and temporary assignments.

We apply individual salary setting and other benefits are according to collective agreements. The start date for the position is by agreement.

Who Are You?

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. As an employee at Humana, we share responsibility for our work environment and strive to create a good climate in the unit and in the work group through respectful treatment. Therefore, great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nursing assistant, special education teacher, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-affective handling and clarifying pedagogy
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a large part of the work
• Class B driver's license
