About Us

Villagatan is a group home for adults covered by the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) target group 1. The residence is located in a quiet villa area in Målilla, close to all public services. The building is modern, featuring five fully equipped apartments with open-plan layouts. Individually adapted support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling is offered in the residence.

About the Position

We are now looking for a new housing support worker for our operations. As a housing support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily lives. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In the role, you will work on:

• Providing individual support, care, and service measures
• Planning and carrying out activities with the client
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment Conditions

We are currently looking for an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are varied, including days, evenings, and weekends.

We are also looking for employees for hourly positions and temporary assignments.

We apply individual salary setting and other benefits are in accordance with collective agreements. The start date for the position is by agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. As an employee at Humana, we share responsibility for our work environment and strive to create a good climate in the unit and in the work group through respectful handling. Therefore, great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nurse assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-affective handling and clarifying pedagogy
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a large part of the work
• Category B driver's license
