You should be engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching in mathematics for grades 7–9. Work in a two-teacher system in science subjects.
• Design lessons together with subject colleagues that engage students with hands-on moments that make the abstract understandable.
• Have mentorship for a group of students, which means you follow their knowledge development and social study situation, as well as having regular dialogue with guardians.
• You will belong to the working group 7–9 and have close collaboration with subject colleagues, other colleagues, the support team (specteam), and student health services.
• You actively participate in the subject group's and working group's joint development work to create a red thread in teaching and a secure school environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have the following with you:

• Pedagogical education: Swedish teacher certification with eligibility to teach mathematics and the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics) for grades 7–9.
• Experience: You have experience working as a teacher in grades 7–9.
• Relationship focus: You possess the ability to build good relationships with young people. You understand that security and study peace are prerequisites for effective learning.
• Didactic skill: You can adapt your teaching based on the group's and individual's needs, and you have the tools to make mathematics and science concrete and engaging.
• Leadership: A secure and clear leadership in the classroom characterized by warmth, structure, and high expectations of students' abilities.
• Development: A genuine interest in improving your and others' teaching together with colleagues.
