Fodercentralen turns 70 in 2025 – a milestone that reflects our long history as a secure employer and a reliable partner. Since our inception, we have had a clear mission: to be present where Northern Swedish agriculture exists, with our own production, order reception, and warehousing.

We are now looking for an Economics Administrator with Customer Accounts Receivable Responsibility

Location: Holmsund
Start: As agreed
Scope: Full-time

Fodercentralen continues to grow – and we are now looking for a structured, confident, and self-sufficient Economics Administrator who wants to be a key part of our finance and administration function. Here, you will work closely with both the operations and the finance team, taking on a central role in our daily office operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • VAT reporting
  • Basic personnel administration
  • Assisting with supplier accounts payable when needed
  • Website updates
  • Other administrative tasks

Service & Coordination

  • Answering switchboard calls, handling incoming emails, and receiving simple customer orders
  • Ordering consumables and office supplies
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the finance team and supporting operations with administrative matters

This is a role for you who enjoys order, structure, and being the hub that keeps the flow running smoothly.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in similar administrative or finance-related roles
  • Is self-sufficient and confident in prioritizing your tasks
  • Has a positive drive, is solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with high variety

As a person, we believe you appreciate working both independently and in collaboration with others. Here, the team is more important than the individual – while you still have significant freedom in your work.

Benefits & Other Info

  • Market-competitive salary based on experience
  • Generous wellness allowance
  • We provide breakfast three days a week
  • Free parking & possibility of engine block heater
  • Electric vehicle charging station available
