Are you the one we are looking for?
We are now looking for an Office Manager/Fleet Manager for our client, Mettler Toledo. Here you will have a varied and independent role where you are responsible for both the company's car pool and office administration, while simultaneously becoming an important part of the team and the business as a whole.
This is a role for you who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. You need to be confident in taking initiative, making decisions, and finding solutions even when there are no clear instructions to follow. For the right person, this is an incredibly developing and enjoyable opportunity with great insight into the operations and many contact points internally and externally.
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for the company's car pool and handle approximately 70 lease agreements.
- Serve as the primary contact person for leasing companies, ABAX, and internal drivers.
- Handle and coordinate issues related to vehicles, leasing, and digital driving logs.
- Be responsible for the office and act as the contact person for suppliers such as the landlord, cleaning company, post office, etc.
- Conduct security briefings for new employees.
- Work on HSE-related issues together with Compliance, for example waste reporting and fire drills.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating policies, information distribution, intranet updates, and managing the switchboard.
- Support the CEO and HR team with administrative matters as needed.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with many contact points. You are meticulous, social, and service-oriented, while also having the ability to set boundaries and handle situations where not everyone is always completely satisfied.
To succeed in the role, you need to be confident in taking responsibility, prioritizing, and making decisions even when not all answers are immediately available. You need to have high integrity as you will have access to information requiring discretion and a professional approach.
You find it easy to collaborate with others and appreciate being part of a team where people support and help each other in everyday life.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in administration, equivalent to at least two years.
- Is self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Has high social competence and thrives in a service-oriented role.
- Is comfortable with systems and easily adapts to new systems and supplier portals.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is accustomed to working in Microsoft 365, primarily Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits
- Experience working with cars or lease management.
- Basic knowledge of Norwegian or Danish.
- Experience working with occupational health and safety issues.
