Junkaremålsskolan F-6 and after-school center is a newly built school where operations moved into the new premises in August 2024. The school is located in central Tranås, close to nature and sports facilities. We are now looking for an engaged teacher to join our school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At Junkaremålsskolan F-6, we use a three-teacher system for grades 4-6. This means that you will be part of a team of three, sharing mentorship responsibilities for two classes, sharing teaching duties, and having resource time.

You will be part of a work team together with colleagues who have good experience and subject qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a primary school teacher (grades 4-6) and are qualified to teach primarily Visual Arts, Swedish, and English, but a broad subject qualification is desirable.

• Communicative and clear: You communicate clearly and ensure that messages are received and that expectations are clear for all relevant parties.
• Structured: You plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You set and adhere to timeframes. You are also meticulous and well aware of the organization's goals and place great importance on meeting them.
• Leadership: You create engagement and participation among students and are a good role model.
• Collaborative: You work well with students, colleagues, and guardians. You relate to them in a listening and flexible manner, and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
