About the role
You are the leader, the driving force, and the heart of our classes. As a coach, your task is to guide both experienced and novice participants through the workout – in every interval and every movement. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that is where you come in.

Currently, we offer several different types of fitness classes at our facility in Knalleland. However, after the summer, we are expanding with HYROX, a competition format that alternates running with functional station training, working on both strength and endurance. At the gym, we will offer both competition-inspired HYROX classes and strength-focused classes to complement our offering.

The position involves a hourly-based employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Borås Knalleland. Do you lack instructor training? No worries – if you are the right person for us, this will be included in your employment.

Who we are looking for
To thrive and develop in the role of instructor and coach, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has an easy way of inspiring, and can clearly guide others through their training. We are currently looking for an instructor for HYROX. Do you have experience with HYROX? Have you taken classes or competed and want to take the next step and train in HYROX? Naturally, you are comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. Your interest in fitness and health is seen as a given.
