Uppsala Enskilda Skola is an independent, foundation-run primary school covering preschool class to grade 5. This means that any profit is reinvested directly into the operations. We have approximately 257 students and 34 employees.

The school has two parallel classes from preschool class to grade 3, and one parallel class in grades 4 and 5. In each class, a homeroom teacher works together with at least one support staff member. The after-school care program is an important part of our school, and many students participate daily.

We place great emphasis on a relational approach and work with low-affective handling. Here, you will meet a dedicated staff group with high expectations for both students and colleagues, where we work together to create a safe, structured, and accessible learning environment.

We are now looking for a support staff member and after-school assistant for the academic year 2026/2027, with a workload of 63 %.

Your responsibilities

The position includes, among other things:

• working at the after-school care facility in the afternoons
• serving as a recess supervisor and leading recess activities on school days
• contributing to safety, structure, and good relationships among students
• serving lunch and snacks
• assisting in the kitchen by clearing tables after meals and preparing for snacks
• supporting students and colleagues in daily operations

Working hours are scheduled from 11:00 AM, with finish times between 4:00 PM and 5:15 PM.
