We are looking for a new employee for our customer center unit! We welcome people with different backgrounds who are curious about a role with a strong focus on rental, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving. As a customer center employee with us, you will have a diverse and varied job where no two days are alike. You will have a central role in the company with many contact points, both internally and externally.

You will be working with:

• Customer service, incoming calls/emails/chats/visits from our tenants.
• Rental.
• Handling of cancellations.
• Registration of defect reports/cases in our property system Vitec.
• Key distribution.

Who are you?

Since you will have daily contact with people, there are requirements that you are both social and professional, and have a natural customer and business focus where you are passionate about delivering really good service to our new and existing customers – residents in the housing areas or our commercial customers.

As a person, you thrive working both independently and in collaboration with a team, and you find it easy to communicate both within the work group and with customers. You are quality-conscious and can structure your work in an efficient way. Furthermore, you are flexible and find it easy to switch between different tasks while maintaining accuracy and high quality, even when the pace is high. We also see that you are a good ambassador who enjoys being the face of the company.

The following is required for the position:

• A few years of experience from a role focused on service and customer contact.
• Fluent in speaking and writing both Swedish and English.
• Good computer and system skills, as we work in several different IT systems.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

We consider it meritorious if you also have the following:

• Previous experience working in the real estate industry with similar tasks.
• Are multilingual, in addition to Swedish and English.
• Work experience in multicultural environments.

The position is full-time and permanent with a start date as agreed. Our working hours are weekdays 7:30-16:30.

Location at our new shared property at Vintergatan 2 in Motala. Since the role involves close collaboration and daily customer contact, the work is performed on-site.
