is a government agency that provides individually adapted involuntary care for young people with complex psychosocial issues, as well as for adults with substance abuse problems. We are also responsible for the execution of closed youth care. Our operations are conducted at institutions across the country, and our common goal is to create life-changing change for the individuals we meet. SiS Youth Home Eknäs is beautifully located by Lake Mälaren, about 10 km outside Enköping. The institution receives school-aged boys aged 12–16 with psychosocial issues, criminality, and substance abuse. Eknäs has four wards, two of which are locked treatment wards. One of these is focused on boys with boundary-crossing sexually deviant behavior. We are now looking for a treatment secretary who wants to contribute to life-changing change.
Job Description
As a treatment secretary at Eknäs Youth Home, you will have a varied and exciting job. In this role, you are responsible for documentation and treatment planning in consultation with the young person, social services, and other functions in the treatment team, such as psychologists, nurses, and treatment pedagogues.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that treatment or execution plans, discharge plans, and final notes are drawn up, as well as being continuously monitored and revised.
- Involving and making the young person a part of every step of the treatment or execution process.

- Coordinating the work of conducting needs assessments, or alternatively investigations, within the framework of the treatment team.
- Other tasks common to the role that are needed to create good results.
The job places high demands on independence, the ability to prioritize, and drive processes forward. You will work in teams with other professional groups, such as psychologists, teachers, and treatment pedagogues.
