About the role

As a housing support worker, you base your support on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing assistance in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you work towards making the day meaningful and fulfilling. You support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. A key part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their skills and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time.
