A newly built group home is now opening on Fölungevägen for individuals with LSS (Long-term Support for Persons with Disabilities) decisions. As a support assistant, you will have a unique opportunity to influence and shape the operations together with dedicated colleagues. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends.
Description of duties
As a support assistant, you play a central role in the daily lives of our users and work closely with them to provide support based on their individual needs. The work involves significant responsibility but also great opportunities to contribute to quality of life and independence.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, child care worker, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves documentation and communication with users and external contacts.
