Social Worker for Family Care in Höganäs

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you investigate children and young people who are suffering harm, according to BBiC's documentation system. The work involves conducting legally secure investigations with the best interests of the child in focus, in close collaboration with the child, guardians, and other key actors around the child.

You will become part of an operation with a strong development culture and a clear foundation to stand on through well-functioning routines and processes. Here, there are good conditions to work systematically while contributing your own ideas. We welcome your desire to develop working methods, participate in method development, and actively contribute to strengthening the quality of our work for children and young people.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for 1-2 engaged social secretaries (social workers) for our family care service.

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker. You preferably have experience working with domestic violence and have completed relevant training such as PATRIARK, IRISK, or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of Signs of Safety and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

You find it easy to collaborate with others and thrive in cooperation with both colleagues and external actors. You express yourself well both orally and in writing and are confident in documentation work. Experience with the operational system LifeCare is an advantage.

We value joy in work and good camaraderie, so you are welcome to be close to laughter and appreciate working in a group where we enjoy being together. A driver's license is required for the position.

Employment type: Permanent position.
