Bifrost Preschool

Bifrost Preschool is literature-profiled. We work with a year-long saga as one of our tools to facilitate children's education. The preschool is newly built and opened in autumn 2024, located adjacent to natural areas. There are good transport connections to and from the preschool. In Mölndal Municipality, everyone has access to work clothes for outdoor activities and a wellness allowance.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced preschool teacher (barnskötare) who enjoys working in a team. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. For us, it is crucial that you have a warm and welcoming approach and always stand by the children's side.

The School Administration offers competence development courses on study days.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher (barnskötare) and have experience working in a preschool.

You thrive in child-centered work, where you meet and address children's different prerequisites and needs in a good and adapted way. You base your work on the equal value of all individuals and create a good atmosphere in interactions with others. You are stable, calm, and flexible, meaning you can adapt to changed circumstances at work. You are courageous and dare to raise dilemmas that go against our core values.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
