As a Systems Safety Engineer, you work with understanding, analyzing, and reducing risks in complex systems before they lead to incidents that could affect people, property, or the environment. You follow the systems safety work through the entire lifecycle and familiarize yourself with mechanical design, hardware, software, and how the systems interact with users and other external systems.

• You analyze and assess system risks to prevent accidents and safety-related failures.
• You work with systems safety throughout the system's lifecycle, from design and requirements specification to verification documentation.
• You review designs, technical solutions, and documentation to ensure the system meets safety requirements.
• You familiarize yourself with the interaction between mechanics, hardware, software, users, and external systems.
• You create, structure, and further develop analyses, documentation, and processes related to systems safety.
• You contribute a holistic perspective in dialogue with colleagues in various technical fields.

• Experience in systems safety work.
• Previous experience working with analyses, documentation, or processes.
• Interest in underlying system architecture and design.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Engineering degree in electronics, technology, mechanics, or software.
