About the role

We are currently looking for an Economic Assistant for a well-established company with several business areas. This is a broad and varied role for you who want to develop within finance and work closely with the operations in a team where collaboration is in focus. In this role, you will become an important part of the finance department and work with several parts of the ongoing economy. You will support several companies within the group and have a varied daily routine where you work both operationally and administratively.

You will become part of a team where close collaboration and a flat organizational structure are highly valued. The role involves collaborating with several colleagues in finance, while you gradually build your knowledge and independence in your tasks.

Your future responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly within finance and administration with a focus on supporting the operations in daily financial work. The tasks vary and involve many contact points, both internally and externally. Among other things, you will:

• Work with bank reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping
• Manage customer and supplier ledgers
• Respond to incoming emails and calls related to finance
• Handle reminders and payments
• Support the closing process

We are looking for someone who has

• Education in finance or equivalent knowledge through work experience
• Basic understanding of accounting and feel comfortable with debits and credits
• Good language skills in both Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital working methods

We consider it a merit

• Previous experience working within finance, for example alongside studies
