SiS also implements closed youth care. We do this in youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse issues, located throughout the country. SiS LVM Home Rällsögården receives men with alcohol, drug, or combined substance abuse, often in combination with mental health issues.

Job Description

At Rällsögården, we are in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. We are growing and strengthening our operations and are now looking for dedicated employees who want to be part of this journey.

As a Treatment Pedagogue, you work in a team together with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that the clients living with us receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. We often meet people in crisis, which means you work with qualified nursing and motivational work, as well as providing support in daily life. With the support of your knowledge in care and treatment work, you actively contribute to the completion of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your job. You contribute to maintaining safety according to our routines. Case management is also one of your tasks. The work may also involve mentoring new employees.

Working hours are during the night shift according to schedule.

Qualifications

For us, your personal qualities are crucial. You have a strong, positive view of humanity and a genuine desire to support people in vulnerable situations. You are good at creating engagement and involvement among clients. You build relationships easily, both with clients and colleagues. Your calmness and ability to collaborate strengthen the team and help resolve conflicts constructively.

You must also have:

• A degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or university college (KY/YH) with a focus on social/pedagogical treatment work, or education from a university that we assess as equivalent.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., work in psychiatry or within LSS (Social Services Act).
• Education in care and nursing.
• Experience working within SiS.

Employment

The position is a fixed-term contract (81%) from August 2026 to May 2027. Start date by agreement.
