Job Responsibilities
As a Unit Coordinator at the Home Care Centre, you carry out and plan care for users living in central Falkenberg. Together with the Unit Manager and staff, you strive for the most optimal planning for operations and staffing.
The Unit Manager has overall responsibility for the operations regarding personnel, budget, working environment, and quality. It is of great importance that you, as the Unit Coordinator, and the Unit Manager maintain close communication. The Unit Coordinator also maintains continuous dialogue with the work group, case handlers, our users, relatives, and others.
In the planning of interventions, the Unit Coordinator holds a key position and is responsible for, among other things:
- Actively planning the unit's interventions in a resource-efficient manner.
- Daily communication with the work group to listen and thereby improve and streamline planning.
- Following up on the planning.
- Scheduling.
- Staff recruitment during short-term absences.
In the long term, you will also work with personnel administration such as salaries and invoices, etc.
As a Unit Coordinator at the Home Care Centre, you will primarily plan for your units, but you should also be able to plan for other units if needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a high school diploma with an administrative/economic focus or other education/experience assessed by the employer as equivalent. Experience in personnel administration within the field is meritorious, and it is a plus if you have knowledge of home care. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with systems such as Pulsen Combine, Intraphone, Time Care Multiacess, and Personec.
You are a person who has good interpersonal skills in all situations and have a good ability to be flexible in prioritizing between different tasks. It is of great importance that you have good teamwork skills and are stress-resistant, as the job requires handling rapid changes during a workday. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, and you enjoy working in a team. You are a regular user of the Office package, Excel, and other common administrative systems. The duties include replacing colleagues during short absences and vacations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Interviews are planned to be conducted during week 25.
