ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Accounting Manager, you will have a central role in the company's finance function, responsible for the entire process from start to finish. The role is broad and varied and suits you who enjoy working both operationally and analytically.

You, together with another Accounting Manager, are responsible for the ongoing economy and ensure that accounting and reporting maintain high quality. Your direct manager is the company's Financial Controller. The role includes work with financial statements, annual reports, consolidated accounts, and income tax declarations. You also handle invoicing and payments and are involved in working with supplier accounts.

In addition, you work with analyses and financial data related to investments, projects, financing, and liquidity planning. You also become an important part of the company's financial management through work with budgeting, follow-up, and reporting to the board, owners, and other relevant stakeholders. The role also involves contact with authorities and responsibility for, among other things, reporting to SCB (Statistics Sweden) as well as handling issues related to tax and VAT.

For the role of Accounting Manager, we are looking for you who has worked with finance for several years and is therefore confident in your competence. You are a self-motivated doer and see it as a given to take responsibility for your own work. You are also a team player and collaborate well with your colleagues in daily work. Since the role is broad, we believe you appreciate variety and working in a business where you take joint responsibility for different parts.

You are structured and have an easy time planning and prioritizing. We also believe you are analytical and solution-oriented. You see connections, catch details, and like to find smart and efficient ways of working.

Finally, we believe you are communicative and service-oriented in contact with both colleagues and external parties. You care about building connections that lead to long-term and strong relationships.

To fit the role, we also believe the following points apply to you:

• At least four years of experience in accounting
• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting at university, college, or university college level
• Good computer skills, experience with Excel and the rest of the Office package
• You are open to new innovative working methods, such as AI
• Fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing

If you have experience in the real estate industry, we see it as a strong merit for the position, but it is not a requirement.
