About Korsängsskolan

Korsängsskolan is a school covering grades F-9 with just over 860 students. The school is located in central Enköping with a mixed catchment area, covering parts of the town center and, to some extent, the countryside. The school was inaugurated in 1948 and has been in operation since then; additions and renovations have been made over the years. The school is popular with high demand, and most students attend Korsängsskolan for all their 10 years of schooling.

We work to ensure that all students succeed based on their individual conditions. We value good relationships, high adult presence, and a safe learning environment where students can develop both academically and socially.

Here, you become an important adult in the students' daily lives. You work closely with students, colleagues, and the student health service to strengthen safety, participation, and community both during school hours and on leisure time.

Responsibilities

As a leisure-time supervisor at Korsängsskolan, your main tasks include:

• creating safe and inclusive meeting places for students
• planning and implementing activities that promote community, movement, and creativity
• building good relationships with students and guardians
• supporting students' social development and well-being
• collaborating with school staff regarding safety and study environment
• contributing to the school's work on core values.

The work may involve both organized activities and presence in students' daily lives, where relationships and trust are central.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• find it easy to build good relationships with young people
• are secure, responsible, and proactive
• have the ability to collaborate and work independently
• wish to contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Experience of working in schools or with youth in group activities is an advantage.
