We are now looking for an experienced educator for upcoming assignments within vocational higher education (YH) with a focus on sustainable production and production technology.

We are looking for you who work as a consultant, educator, or specialist within industry and production and who have documented experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Production processes and manufacturing methods
• Material knowledge and industrial materials
• Production preparation and quality
• Industrial metrology
• Additive and subtractive manufacturing
• Production planning and sustainable production

The assignment targets students in vocational higher education and involves teaching within the course Production Processes, Material Knowledge, and Preparation on the program Production Technicians and Developers with a focus on Sustainable Production.

About the Assignment

As an educator, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching within the current course area.

The teaching combines theoretical moments with practical examples from industry and is conducted in close dialogue with educational leadership and students.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct teaching within current course areas
• Develop and adapt course materials
• Guide and support students during the course
• Conduct examinations and assessments
• Ensure high quality and professional implementation

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working in production technology, manufacturing, or industrial production
• Have good knowledge of materials technology, production processes, and metrology
• Have experience in teaching, mentoring, or competence development within adult education, vocational higher education (YH), or industry
• Have good pedagogical skills and experience leading groups
• Can connect theory to practical applications within industry

Meritorious

• Experience with additive manufacturing and 3D printing
• Experience with production preparation and lean production
• Experience with laboratory-based educational moments
• Experience with sustainable production and quality work
• Experience from technical education, vocational higher education (YH), or industrial competence initiatives

Scope

• Preliminary course start: Autumn 2026
• Course period according to the study plan
• Classroom teaching with some digital elements
• Possibility for continued cooperation at future course starts
• The assignment is carried out in Södertälje
