ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want a rewarding and meaningful job as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lidköping. The position is a summer temporary position of approximately 100%, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours, 08:00–18:00, including both weekdays and weekends.

You and the project manager will agree on a start date together, but we would prefer that you are available to start the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will be working with a 67-year-old woman who needs support in her daily life. Your role is to contribute to a safe and pleasant environment, both at home and during activities outside the home. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and help her live an independent and fulfilling life.

Your main tasks will include, among other things:

• Support in daily routines – such as household chores and other practical tasks at home.

• Personal care – help with hygiene and dressing/undressing.

• Social and outgoing activities – accompanying the client on walks, errands, or other activities.

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure, with the ability to meet the client's needs with empathy, sensitivity, and respect. This position is suitable for you who want to work with people and make daily life both easier and more meaningful for someone else!

The client prefers female assistants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Category B driver's license to drive the client's car in the position.

• Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing.

Employment level: Summer temporary position, 100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
