MIAB is launching a new and extensive assignment within cleaning services and facility operations in a healthcare environment. We are now looking for a structured and quality-driven Quality Coordinator who wants to ensure a secure, clear, and contract-compliant delivery from the start.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will become a key person in the assignment. You will work closely with site managers, operations managers, team leaders, and administrators, and be responsible for systematically following up on quality, routines, self-inspections, and deviations.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on quality work within the assignment. You ensure that our working methods meet agreed requirements, hygiene standards, and quality standards, and that results, deviations, and improvement measures are documented and followed up.

You will be a vital support to the operations organization and contribute to creating structure, improvements, and security in daily delivery.

We are looking for someone who

• is structured, meticulous, and confident in quality work
• has experience in cleaning services, facility service, or similar operational activities
• understands healthcare environments, hygiene requirements, and safe working methods
• can work both operationally in the field and administratively with follow-up
• is clear in communication and has an easy way of supporting managers and employees
• is solution-oriented and accustomed to driving improvements
• thrives with order, follow-up, and documentation

Requirements

• experience in quality follow-up within cleaning services, facility service, or similar
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good computer skills, especially Office 365
• accustomed to documenting, following up, and reporting results
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits / Desired

• INSTA 800 Level 3
• experience with hygiene observations or healthcare-adjacent cleaning
• experience with self-inspections, deviation management, and root cause analysis
• experience with digital quality systems or operation/case management systems
• SRY or other relevant education within cleaning services
