About the Role
As an Account Manager here, your primary focus is contacting corporate customers. Your goal is to help them either extend their existing contracts or find a significantly better and more efficient solution with another operator.
We offer the market's best comprehensive communication solutions, which include everything from mobile subscriptions and mobile broadband to advanced switching solutions.
What does your workday look like?
In the role of Account Manager, you own your own day and your own results. You are responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish, which includes among other things:
Active customer contact: You take the initiative and contact new potential corporate customers.
Customer care: You nurture and develop the relationship with Trecom's existing customers.
End-to-end responsibility: You drive the sales process independently – from the first call to a closed deal.

For us, happy customers are everything. This means that you don't just sell a service, but you build long-term relationships. In the sales process, you as a salesperson need to produce and be responsible for:
Needs analysis – To tailor the perfect solution.
Solution presentation – Where you show the customer the optimal setup.
Point of contact – You remain their personal contact person even after the purchase is completed; we don't let go of our customers.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have the right attitude and strong inner drive. Experience is a plus, but your attitude is most important!
You are at the beginning of your career and want a great springboard, or you have already worked in telephone sales and want to take the next step into B2B (corporate sales).
You are communicative, trustworthy, and motivated by achieving set goals.
You are driven by providing world-class service and thrive in a role with a lot of personal responsibility.
