We are looking for an experienced and engaged trainer who wants to contribute to strengthening social services' work with individuals involved in crime and norm-breaking behaviors. The assignment involves training staff in a structured, evidence-based approach focusing on motivation, behavior change, and relapse prevention measures.
About the AssignmentYou will conduct a training program for staff within social services. The training will be based on the Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) principles and have a clear foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The goal is for participants to gain concrete tools to work structurally and long-term with clients in the change process.
The training consists of a total of five full days and can be conducted both physically and digitally, depending on the organization's needs.
ResponsibilitiesThe assignment includes:
- Planning and conducting training within criminal programs
- Training in motivational work and behavior change
- Conveying knowledge about CBT and RNR principles
- Working with practical tools and methodological materials
- Supporting participants in how the methods can be implemented in daily work
- Contributing to a more structured and knowledge-based approach within the organization
- Have documented experience working with individuals in crime or other norm-breaking behavior
- Have education in CBT or a corresponding methodological orientation
- Have experience training professionals in social work, corrections, or similar operations
- Are confident in leading groups and translating theory into practice
- Have experience working with criminogenic needs and relapse prevention
- A meaningful assignment where you contribute to societal change

The assignment concerns an initial training initiative for six participants, with the possibility of continued training and advanced initiatives over time.
