We are growing and are now looking for a 50% Bookkeeping Assistant who wants to take individual customer responsibility and become an important part of our small team. You will be part of a small and experienced team where Margit, the founder and lead accounting consultant, will provide you with a thorough introduction and be your direct manager. The team is characterized by close collaboration where everyone helps each other.

As a Bookkeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include

• Managing ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoicing
• Preparing VAT and employer declarations
• Handling other authority reports
• Payroll administration
• Preparing annual accounts
• Processing payment orders
• Direct contact with customers and authorities

Areas of Responsibility You are responsible for your own customer relationships from start to finish – customers should feel secure knowing you take ownership throughout the process. You are also expected to step in and support colleagues when needed.

We are looking for someone who

You are a meticulous, structured, and independent person who thrives on taking ownership and building long-term customer relationships. You communicate easily, both with customers and authorities, and do not hesitate to take initiative when something needs to be resolved. At our company, it is important that customers feel secure, and this starts with you feeling confident in your role. You are analytical and structured in your approach and have good computer skills.

Desired Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in ongoing bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting
• Good experience with coding/journal entries – this is a requirement
• Good experience with Visma Administration 500-2000, Fortnox, Visma Payroll 600
• Has worked with payroll administration and is confident in the entire process
• Experience with preparing annual accounts
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

Merits if you

• Speak and write Finnish – we have many Finnish-speaking customers, so this is a big plus but not a requirement
• Have experience with annual accounts
• Have access to your own car, as the office is located in Tullinge
