Welcome to Montemini! We are an attractive independent Montessori operation offering preschool, primary school (grades F–6), and after-school care for approximately 60 children and students in beautiful premises in Maria Park, Helsingborg.

About the job

We are now looking for certified teachers for grades 3–6 (or 1–6) to teach either Spanish or Crafts (Slöjd) at Montemini Hbg Montessori School.

We offer a smaller environment and an operation with close relationships to both colleagues, children/students, and guardians. The operation also has close cooperation with the employer's representatives, and together we work based on well-functioning structures and clear guidelines to develop the quality of the operation. Processes and decision-making paths are short, allowing you to quickly see the results of decisions made.

Job Description

The tasks involve being responsible for planning, teaching, and continuously monitoring students' knowledge development, as well as performing other common tasks. Together with your work team, you share joint responsibility for all students' well-being and security during the school day.

We work based on Maria Montessori's thoughts and research on learning, which among other things means that teaching is conducted in mixed-age groups.

Qualifications

We are looking for you to be a certified teacher for grades 3–6 or alternatively grades 1–6. You feel confident in your professional role and have good knowledge of current regulatory documents. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and are well-versed in the entire teaching process, from planning and implementation to follow-up and assessment/grading.

Montessori training or experience with Montessori pedagogy is meritorious.
