About the Operations
Do you want to become part of our Individual and Family Care? Now you have the opportunity to join us as our 1st Social Secretary for the Intake and Assessment Team within Child and Youth Services (IFO Barn och Unga). We are a small operation with close collaboration where everyone's competence is valued, and a solution-focused and innovative approach characterizes our daily work.
Child and Youth Services covers intake, assessment, placement of children and young people, family law, open care, administration, and open preschool. The operation is organized into three teams. In this position, you will work within the Intake and Assessment Team and have a supervisory responsibility for 6–7 employees.

Responsibilities
In the role of 1st Social Secretary, you supervise the Intake and Assessment Team and are expected to be a close and accessible support for employees in their daily work. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in case handling and that the work is conducted in accordance with current legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
The work involves, among other things, distributing cases, conducting ongoing case reviews, and supporting employees with prioritization and assessments. In more complex or challenging client meetings, you may participate as needed. You also play an important role as a process carrier between the unit's different operational groups. In this assignment, you have good access to close supervision and decision support.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who want to take on a supervisory role in an operation focused on quality, collaboration, and development. You have stable professional experience within the field of children and young people and a desire to contribute to the development of both employees and the operation.
Requirements for the position:
- Degree in Social Work (Social Work degree)
- Good knowledge of current legislation within the field of children and young people
- Good familiarity with national rules and guidelines governing social services
- Long experience of work within the child and family field
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious:
- Experience in supervision/leadership
- Experience working with the 'Signs of Safety' approach

You have a good ability to build strong relationships and enjoy collaborating both within your own work group and with other operations.
