Description

In your role as a teacher, you will belong to the Development Sector, which today consists of the Restaurant and Food Program, the Care and Nursing Program, the Adapted Upper Secondary School, and the Introduction Programs.

The role involves being a mentor for a group of students together with another teacher. You will work together with a fantastic team that collaborates closely, is flexible, engaged, and focused on the best interests of the school and the students.

Responsibilities

You, who are applying for this job, are a certified, competent, and engaged teacher, preferably with experience from primary school and/or the Introduction Program (IM) and Adapted Upper Secondary School at the upper secondary level. You teach Physical Education and Health, as well as social science subjects. We place the greatest emphasis on your relational approach to your students and your ability to create engagement and interest in your teaching.

Qualifications

Certification in Physical Education and Health, as well as one of the social science subjects: geography, history, religion, or social studies.

Your collaboration skills are deeply linked to your ability to cooperate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. With us, this means you have good cooperation with managers and colleagues, both at your own workplace and within the rest of the municipal group. You treat everyone with a high level of service, kindness, and quality through a customer- and service-oriented focus. You take responsibility for participating in operational matters and are solution-oriented.

We place great importance on personal suitability and that your view of collaboration aligns with ours.

We apply register checks (extracts from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all offered employment in operations where there is direct and regular contact with children and young people.

The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
